Managing Contamination in Quenching Oil
Prolubz Solutions filtered heavily moisture affected Quenching oil tanks for NHB Ball & Rollers Ltd.The client asked us to remove heavy moisture contamination in quenching oilas it affected the entire production line and the production was paused. The moisture content reached up to 2000ppm. The moisture in quenching oils can damage the products if not treated promptly. Prolubz Solutions worked round the clock for resolving the issue. We used the centrifugal machine as well as low vacuum dehydration unit together to treat the contaminated oil. Prolubz Solutions was able to reduce moisture level in the lubricant to 400ppm.
